Way overpriced and not very tasty!
I eat there on ocassion. It is just so so. They are WAY over priced due to the fact that they are one of the only resturants in the small towm. A 10oz steak is 14$. Same steak in the next towm is 8$. Food preperation and presentation is very poor.Management is not very good either. The atmosphere is kind of a cross between a southwest and an ozark mountain theme and is constructed very poorly. Great Food
Every time family comes to town we go there to eat. Food is priced just right and the service is great. Sometimes we have to wait, but it's more than worth it. One thing overlooked is that this is better than chain resturaunts and is way cheaper.    [01 Oct 2005 18:30:39]

My wife and I rate Callahan's Steak House as one of our favorite eating places. Each time we visit Siloam a stop there is mandatory. We especially like their Chicken Fried Steaks with Sweet Potato Fries.
On our last trip, my wife forgot her glasses there, and after shopping around town, we returned when we realized what we had done,and Sure enough they had her glasses and a big smile waiting for us.    [11 Nov 2008 23:37:05]
