Lousy Service and Lies at Casa Blanca on Brown's Ferry Rd
Casa Blanca recently began serving mango and lime cheese cake. Both flavors are wonderful. However, even though they advertise both as being available during lunch, they often don't have it available. Three times recently they have told me they didn't have it available. Once I understood because they explained that their truck had not arrived yet. The last time a gentleman named Rodrigez, whom I believe was the manager took my order and told me that they had the cheese cake. He came back, after everyone else had their food and told me that they didn't. I made another selection, but asked the waiter that brought it if they were out of cheese cake or if it was just frozen. He checked to confirm that they had it but it was frozen. I asked Rodrigez again and he assured me they didn't have any. I told him I didn't care if it was frozen, but again, he assured me they didn't have it. First, I think Rodrigez was lying and just didn't want to fool with getting the cheese cake. Secondly, they shouldn’t advertise a product they don't want to carry. I won't be back. The service has always been somewhat lacking, but this was the final straw for me.
