Quite The Fiesta!
Villa Fiesta or "Villa" as it is coming to be known, was a great dining experience. This is definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. The Flaming Cheese is a one of a kind dish that is as exciting as it sounds. The atmosphere was great. It was a fun place to be. Our waiter was very prompt and courteous, but did not make us feel pressured. Jump at the chance to experience this great resturant. My Favorite Mexican Restaurant
I've been to many Mexican restaurants in Birmingham and this is by far my favorite. The service is great and the food is wonderful. I'm half Mexican and grew up eating traditional home cooked meals, so I know good Mexican food. Try Villa Fiesta, you won't be disappointed! [22 Apr 2007 20:38:25]

Undiscovered Birmingham Treasure
I love Villa Fiesta. I don't know why it is not always crowded. It should be the kind of place you can't get near on a weekend night, but you can always find a seat. The waiters are funny and always pleasant. My favorite night is Mariachi Night. Hands down the best food, not just Mexican, in Birmingham. [31 Aug 2007 17:33:13]
