Best kept secret in Barrow
As with many restaurants in Barrow, the food here is a mix of American and Asian cuisine. However, Northern Lights adds a further touch with its added menu of delicious Korean dishes. In addition to serving complementary soups, Northern Lights also serves massive portion sizes. While the pricing is equally as expensive as other restaurants in town, you are guaranteed to be carrying home a plate of leftovers.
The service here is open and polite; particularily Cindi (family member of the owners) will quite frankly tell you what is hot and what is not!
Whether you enjoy exotic spicey dishes, burgers, calzones, or even just a salad, Northern Lights has become my favorite place to eat in Barrow! [30 Oct 2002 18:47:27]
