If you travel to the Middle East to be American...
then Hard Rock cafe is for you. Don't get me wrong, sometimes we all need a little taste of comfort away from home. But for what you pay, wouldn't you much rather save the American cusisine for, well, America? While the location is semi-convenient, opt for the restaurants in Umm Suqiem and Jumeria and skip the confusing strech along the highway. And if you're craving American cuisine, go to Mercato shopping center and stop at one of the cafes there.    [15 Oct 2004 04:29:28]
