The most formal restaurant at the Caneel Bay resort, serving afternoon tea and evening cocktails on the terrace, and dinner inside.

Breakfast and lunch buffets are also served during high season.

During the winter and spring season, the dress code requires a collared shirt, long slacks, and closed-in shoes after sunset. Jackets are "customary" but not required. Ladies are requested to wear evening resort attire.

In the summer and fall, after sunset, the more relaxed dress code requires slacks for men. Ladies are still requested to wear evening resort attire.
