Description:
Dining by the sea. Fresh fish, pasta, sandwiches, salads. Casual breakfast and lunch; romantically elegant dinner daily. 8 AM to 10 PM.

Hemingway's is already an island favorite with its casual atmosphere and beautiful views which are complemented by a menu full of choices that are anything but ordinary.

Great restaurant on Provo
We always go to Hemingway's at The Sands resort when on Provo. Beautiful view of the ocean, good food at a reasonable price. Entertainment some nights as well. Breakfast/lunch is especially a good time to go. A big thumbs up. [19 May 2005 11:15:45]
