Coyaba....Our Favorite Provo restaurant We visited during the middle of July and found Coyaba to be very very romantic and we enjoyed nearly everything about it. Chef/owner Paul Neuman is a wonderful man as well as being a superb artist of creativity. The Tuna was the best I've had anywhere. Horrid We visted Coyaba after reading a few reviews and found Chef Newman arrogant and insulting to his staff and partner who was running around trying to do everything while he roared abuse at everyone around him. The ffood, an excuse for food, rubber, tasteless, cold and seemed to be left under heat lamps for an eternity. Don't waste time and energy or money. Try anywhere but here.
