A genius in the kitchen After meeting Cosimo one afternoon on a scouting trip to the TCI for magazine articles I was writing, I decided after a short conversation about his approach to cooking to visit his restaurant that night. Instead of ordering from the menu. I simply told him to fix me whatever he felt like cooking. The best, most delicate, conch fritters I'd had on the island arrived at the table, followed by an exquisite pork roast with mushroom. This chef is intuitive, inspired, and truly interested in making his diners happy. I can't wait to go back to Bella Luna. Over Rated!! Service was extremely slow and unresponsive. We (a couple) were seated next to another couple and a group of "older folk". We were never asked if we would mind the smoke that poured out of the older folk's mouths. Once we complained we were told that we should have said something sooner. The owner came to deliver us our bill, but never an apology (she was amongst the Older folk group). Food was good but over priced and I have had the same quality in our local home restaurant.
