saffets the best kebab on earth
Im a meager english traveller who has frequented Sweden much on my travels due to having a few friends in uppsala. I discovered Saffets quite a few years ago now and have been in love ever since. I tend to go atleast 3-4 times in a week when im there.

I have been trying forever though to get hold of a recipe for that white sauce you can put on the kebabs by yourself. They have the same sauce (or similar) in Kebab Huset.

PLEASE SOMEBODY EMAIL ME THAT RECIPE. I have tried emailing both kebab places, ringing and even asking when there but have never managed to get hold of it..please please please. I NEED it for personal use with homemade kebabs. would be amazing and i suspect it would go with most meat dishes quite well.
