One of the best in the area
This restaurant, a cousin of 28+ closer to the center of town, is one of the best in the city. The food is excellent and it claims to have the longest list of Scotch in the city. This may be true but Scotch is a favorite of Swedes and there are many places that have lots of choices when it comes to whiskey.
The reason to go here however is the great outdoor patio or the traditional interior. Either place you sit you will find a wonderful view and good service, although service in Scandinavia is not as prompt as in America. I have eaten there at least twice and have had some great food.
