One of the best restaurants in Sweden 28+ is easily one of the best restaurants in Sweden. It is listed in the current Michelin guide, the reference for fine food in Europe. In the past it has received a star or two from the Guide Michelin.
The food and atmosphere is remarkable, an old world setting with modern ammenities which strikes me as a particularly Swedish combination, although perhaps that is true for most of Northern Europe. Their cheese presentation is widely known with many varieties from Sweden, France, and other European countries. One particularly memorable meal there I was served a cucumber sorbet, really more of a granita, as a palette cleanser between courses. The granita was so simple and fresh with flavor that lingered cleanly. This is typical of the food and this highly regarded restaurant.
