Samsui Chicken Fit for the Kings
This restaurant gives me a good feeling. Value for money, and in a way redolent of the giving (but firm) aunts that used to articulate care in the form of meticulously brewed soup.
The philosophy of the restaurant seems to agree most with me: We give you value for dollar -- and we make no apologies for it. Screaming "Hwan-ying Hwan-ying" (welcome welcome) seems to summarize this philosphy.
Food seldom makes me happy ... not in the way it's prepared in this commercial, mercantile mass productive manner. Soup restaurant seems to have captured the art of doing so while turning a profit. [06 Dec 2001 21:47:14]

Recommended Dishes: Steam chicken and the fried noodle. Almost all the recommended dishes are nice.
