Good Indian and Indonesian food
I heard about this restaurant from a friend in Bali. I tried the food, and it's amazing. Friendly staff and above all good food. The Nasi Siram Ayam Lada was good and the lamb dish was the highlight. I hope they open more branches. [10 Mar 2007 13:10:57]

Queen Tandoor Restaurant
My wife and I and our 6 year old dined here a few weeks ago. Food and service were excellent but I can't say cost was reasonable. We first ordered Tandoori chicken which the waiter said it included 4 or 5 pieces of chicken. Entree price was around S$19 but portion was 5 very small strips of chicken. We also ordered a vegetable dish, and it also was a very small portion. Our daughter only ate naan. We were still hungry so we ordered more naan and Shish ka bob. Our bill was S$107 and we were still hungry. I had one small Tiger beer, my wife drank water, and my daughter had juice. I've never paid so much at a Indian restaurant and gone away not satisfied. Hello, we dined here recently too. Contrary to Anonymous, we thought the lunch deal was great. Set lunch at about $13 each (no service charge) with large bowls of curries and fresh papadums and condiments.
Highly recommended. This is a better deal than the Shahi Maharani buffet in my opinion. [06 Apr 2007 01:42:57]

Great food and service
The food is fabulous and I also agree with David: the prices are great. We walk away STUFFED after paying only around 60SGD for dinner, which I think is a very reasonable price for a family of 4. I'm not sure how you could spend 110SGD and not get full.
Not only is the food delicious, but the service is great. We were kept waiting (justifably--there was a very large party going on) the first time we tried the place out, and unlike most Singaporean restaurants where the waiters and maitre'd ignore you and pretend like they're not inconveniencing you, the manager was very gracious, offered us free drinks and appetizers, and apologized profusely. That kept us coming back as much as the food, and we have been consistenly pleased with the great service and wonderful dinners. [04 May 2007 00:43:26]
