Nice ambience, but the beef was a letdown
I heard rave reviews about their famous Lawry's cut, so I decided to try it for myself. It was a disappointment, as the Lawry's cut was really cold and the meat tough, for that standard. Fortunately, the waitress apologised profusely for this slip and offered to change a new one for me. That's good service.
Then the manager came along and recommended that my friends and I try the California Cut the next time we came, as it was more popular among ladies. It was satisfying at least. [09 Oct 2005 09:28:50]
