I have heard of two complaints about this restaurant before I actually visited it. My experience was that though there's heat below each dim sum plate, the dim sum retrieved from the conveyor belt was hard and not warm at all! It tastes like re-heated food from the day before, especially their ha-gao. The skin was so hard it was rather difficult to bite it off. However, their chee cheong fan that was ordered from the kitchen was not bad. Recommendable. I consider the price expensive because I couldn't eat many things due to poor quality of food, yet still have to pay for it.
