It Depends
Go for its Dim Sum, especially Xiao Long Bao. But one thing, some outlets are not very nice. For example the branch at Parkway Parade, Tampinese Mall. Try the ones at Orchard (Takashimaya S.C.), Great World City or Yishun! Their noodles are worth trying too!    [24 Jun 2003 11:13:33]

Bad Services & Long Queue
I will never again patronise this well established restuarant, where you have to queue and wait for table with lousy service. For that kind of food and price, there are other good restaurants in Singapore where you can visit.    [03 Dec 2005 09:29:10]

Poor Service again and prciey as well
We were really taken aback by the poor service.

Crystal Jade Express
Today it is my first time to try the food at Crystal Jade Express. I was surprised the express service and the helpful service from the manager. Indeed it is not so spacious, but the warm welcome and good service do impress me alot. Cockcroach in the tea!
Yes, I've always thought that Crystal Jade means good food. That's why I brought a corporate visitor to dine there. To my horror, we ended the meal after an empty tea pot which needed refilling revealed a cockcroach in it!! And I do not mean a baby size roach! You can imagine what my visitor must have thought!
