Decent Food but horrendous service!
Baystreet 21 has been at IMM for ages. When they restarted after the major renovations at IMM, being a loyal customer, I eagerly took my family there for dinner on a saturday. It was surprisingly not full up as it used to be. The food portions were smaller than before, a little more pricey, but the real change was in the service standards, for the worse unfortunately. If you must go, try the set meals like the Nasi Bojari or indo set meal. Just be prepared for a dose of non-compliance to your orders if they deviate even slightly from the menu, and they do not oblige with requests, even tiny ones like getting a scoop of ice-cream for your kids, which one would have gladly paid for. Go if you like curt and blunt service, bordering on rude with your food.    [20 Jan 2008 08:43:41]
