Yummy! i went to Menotti for dinner one night. and boy, was it crowded! the ambience is great: it's very cozy and intimate, with little candles on the table that make it seem like a romantic candlelight dinner. i recommend the spinach and crab soup to start. it's creamy without being nauseating, and there are healthy sized chunks of crab. and you can really see that it's spinach soup, because of the minced spinach. really delicious! after this soup, please do not go for the cream pasta. i had that, and it was a mistake. the cream in the pasta caused me to become dizzy after a while. my companion was smarter and had chosen the fish, which was delicately flavoured and yummy. no fishy smell either, which is great. for dessert, choose the one which is most popular: sophista ( i think my spelling is wrong!). this is a dark chocolate cake, filled with dark creamy chocolate pudding that oozes out when the cake is cut. it is so SINFUL that you just can't resist eating more and more and more... also served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. but maybe the spaces between the tables is too narrow, especially for girls who carry big totes. watch out for the candle holders!
