I love it when I am at a restaurant on Italian Night. Especially in Seychelles because Italian with a Creole flair is one of the joys of the world.
The Lodge has an expansive Italian buffet weekly and, in addition to all the usual dishes (each superbly prepared) they will custom manufacture a plate of pasta with your choice of custom designed sauce. Delicious!
