Description:
Located on the 22nd floor in the building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Science. Finding the entrance into the building might be tricky first time, especially in the dark; there is no restaurant sign at the entrance, and you need to tell the guards you are going to the "22nd floor". The building itself is spectacular, and the views breathtaking.
The restaurant features an enclosed terrace that goes around the building.
Expect to spend upwards from $100 per person.
Reservations for dining are highly recommended. You can enjoy the bar usually without a reservation.

Got somewhat worse
The views are still gorgeous, but the ambiance took a turn to worse since my last visit. The terrace around the building is now enclosed in glass and tables are placed next to the glass, so there is no way quietly enjoy your drink outside anymore. The staff clearly took offense when I have asked to walk around the (near-empty) restaurant. [30 Mar 2008 15:38:14]
