Description:
The decor is based on Francois Rabelais' "Oracle of the Bottle" (Oracle of the Divine Bottle in Russian translation): simple, yet very solid furniture, rough walls, large beams across the ceiling. Menu extensively quotes Rabelais in Russian (for those not familiar with the book, small type underneath provides a regular description).
True to the spirit of the book, the selection of food is ismple, yet solid. Bar has a selection of authentic Georgian wines.
Live music in the evening is quite modern and has little to do with the Rabelaisian times.
Expect to spend $20 per person for dinner with Georgian wine.
