Interior decoration is based on the railroad theme, with the few tables at the windows looking like exact replicas of the sleeping railroad carriages of the era long gone.
The place is immensely popular, expect long waits, unless you are coming in in the wee hours of the morning. In the latter case, try to get a table by the window.
For an authentic train feel, you can order tea, which will be served in a glass with a metal glass-holder.
Moskva-Berlin is somewhat hard to find (hints: the second number in the address, 2, refers to the house number on the Tverskaya Zastava Pl., proceed from Belorusskii train station counterclockwise and cross 2 streets).
