Austrian chef/owner Siegfred Danler-Heinemann, previously of the famous Le Canard in Hamburg, specialises in a simplified approach to modern European gourmet cuisine using the freshest seasonal ingredients and avoiding extravagant presentation.

Amazing Amadeus
