Description:
Chef Augusto Lima worked in the old Hermitage Restaurant and was a head chef at Casa do Campo. At Almansal Restaurant, which opened in February, 2007, he offers modern cuisine - food with mostly Mediterranean flavours, including fresh fish, almond, and carob oranges. At lunch, there is a reduced menu with three courses, which changes dally. In the evening, there is a full seasonal à la carte menu.
