Description:
Uses predominantly locally grown ingredients. The menu is created around their wine list, with each dish matched with a suggested wine. It changes regularly to utilize seasonal ingredients.

There is also an outdoor area with gardens, a natural ampitheatre and wetlands area with several lakes.
